Web GUI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and agile Web GUI Developer to join our Quantitative Technology team. This role focuses on building and maintaining real-time monitoring interfaces for high-performance trading systems. You’ll work closely with multiple trading and research teams to deliver intuitive, data-rich visualizations and tooling that support fast decision-making in a high-volume, high-bandwidth environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and optimize web-based GUIs for real-time trading system monitoring
• Design interfaces that handle high data volumes and bandwidth-intensive streams
• Implement rapid iteration cycles to support evolving business needs
• Collaborate with trading and research teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
• Build tooling for data analysis, visualization, and diagnostics
• Ensure performance, scalability, and responsiveness across all UI components

Your present skillset:

• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., React, TypeScript, WebSockets, D3.js)
• Experience with real-time data visualization and performance tuning
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative development environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• No prior financial experience required—technical excellence and adaptability are key

Good-to-have:

• Familiarity with backend APIs and data pipelines
• Exposure to monitoring tools and observability platforms
• Understanding of UX principles for data-heavy interfaces
