What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
As an Entry Level Web Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting custom websites that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations. This position is tailor-made for individuals with a deep passion for design, a critical thinker, excellent English communication skills, and a portfolio showcasing their design prowess is a plus.
Creative Design: Review and interpret creative briefs to understand the customer’s business strategy, preferences, goals, and provided materials. Use these insights—along with your design expertise, industry knowledge, company design standards, and available creative assets—to create user-friendly, high-quality websites.
Technical Execution: Build websites using web-based authoring tools and applications. Proficiency in WordPress, programming, or other web development tools is a strong advantage.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects of varying complexities, clearly communicate progress, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone as needed.
Feedback & Continuous Learning: Openly accept and incorporate qualitative feedback. Stay proactive in learning new web design trends, marketing practices, design standards, and coding techniques.
Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional team meetings to refine processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
Web Design Experience: We’re seeking candidates who have 1 to 2 years of solid and hands-on web design experience.
Portfolio: We value candidates who can share a portfolio of their work. It enables us to assess your skills and ensures the authenticity of your portfolio.
Confident Decision-Making: We highly appreciate individuals who can make informed decisions and exhibit strong critical thinking skills. A self-starting attitude is a key to success in this role.
Trainable and Open to Feedback: We actively seek candidates who are receptive to constructive criticism and embody a "Can do" spirit. Our commitment to growth and continuous learning is unwavering.
Customer Interaction: While your primary focus is on design, there will still be customer interactions. Candidates who excel in communication and customer service are a valuable asset.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of WordPress, programming, or web development is a significant advantage but not required.
