Role: Web Architect (Front-End)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Web Architect with deep expertise in modern front-end technologies, particularly ReactJS and Angular, to lead architectural decisions and drive the development of scalable, highperformance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of front-end architecture, and hands-on experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and architecture of large-scale front-end applications.
  • Define standards, best practices, and development guidelines for UI development.
  • Build and maintain reusable, high-quality UI components and libraries.
  • Modernize legacy systems and improve overall application performance.
  • Reduce build times, optimize bundle sizes, and enhance application runtime performance.
  • Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring high code quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with backend, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust solutions.

Core Technical Skills

Expertise Required

  • ReactJS In-depth knowledge of:
    • Lifecycle methods and hooks
    • useEffect behavior, dependency arrays, and execution flow
    • Component design patterns
    • State management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
  • Angular (preferably Angular 10+) SPA architecture, modules, RxJS, components, services.
  • Front-End Architecture – High-level design, performance tuning, modular architecture.
  • TypeScript – Strong hands-on expertise with advanced concepts.
  • UI Modernization – Component-driven architecture, design systems.

Good-to-Have / Upskilling Needed

Candidate should be willing to upskill in:

  • Tailwind CSS
  • Vite
  • React Router 6+
  • Radix UI
  • Playwright (for automation testing)

Soft Skills & Leadership

  • Proven experience mentoring front-end developers and leading engineering teams.
  • Ability to enforce coding standards and drive engineering excellence.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make architectural trade-offs.
