Job Description:

For our Wealth Management Team in Austria we are looking for a

Wealth Management CEE Senior Relationship Manager – Polish Desk

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new clients / assets and develop / manage overall client relationship
  • Act within professional, legal and ethical boundaries and guidelines, observing all internal and external compliance regulations and code of ethics and conduct; flagging and managing reputational risks and conflicts issues
  • Develop the growth strategy for the location/team, ensuring prospecting co-ordination, cultivating centers of influence, etc. to enable and focus Relationship Manager activity
  • Work in close co-operation with Investment Management and Product team heads to define ways to deliver against business targets
  • Drive own & team’s collaboration and effective coordination with Investment Managers to deliver high quality services to clients
  • Ensure that the service approach and product offerings consistently reflect Wealth Management’s business model and adhere to the approved value proposition

Skills:

  • Seasoned experience as a Senior Relationship Manager in CEE
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • In-depth understanding of the governing regulatory framework, including but not limited to applicable confidentiality / secrecy / data protection regulations and cross border rules where relevant
  • Relevant local licenses and qualifications (where applicable)
  • Fluency (written and oral) in English and Polish; other languages are a plus

  • The annual gross salary for this position starts at € 100,000.- (all inclusive). However, your final compensation will depend on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
