  • The Wealth Client Service team supports retail clients across Greater China by delivering consistent, high-quality service experiences. The team partners closely with Sales, portfolio managers, and internal specialists to advocate for clients, resolve issues, and strengthen long-term relationships. Team members work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment where they gain broad exposure to asset management operations, client engagement, and regional markets.

  • We are looking for a Wealth Client Service Associate/Wealth Client Service Manager to join our team in Hong Kong.

How will you add value?


Core Responsibilities:

  • Support client servicing for clients in Greater China to drive deeper relationships for the retail business

  • Interact with clients regularly to handle all servicing aspects including responding to client queries, implementing custodian changes, guideline changes etc

  • Understand client requirements and needs. Work with Sales to meet client demands, including education, training, and other value-added activities

  • Support annual/quarterly client portfolio reviews

  • Provide daily support to fulfil client account inquires (audits, correspondence, statement, trade processing, web support, etc.)

  • Design and implement enhancements to existing client service workflows

  • Take the lead on new client onboardings


Internal Relationships & Collaboration:

  • Act as the clients' advocate in interactions with other internal business units.

  • Liaise with portfolio managers to prepare for portfolio reviews and any changes in investment guidelines, breaches etc.

  • Work with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner.

  • Work with other teams including New Business Services on client onboardings

  • Maintain excellent business knowledge, customer needs, internal policies & procedures, as well as systems capabilities and constraints


What will help you be successful in this role?


Experience:

  • 5 - 8 years of client service or related experience in a client contact capacity in the Financial Services Industry retail clientele, products, servicing needs, and information standards (Seniority of the job title will be dependent on years of relevant experience)

  • Experience with client services in asset management is required

  • Experience working in a global business environment with diverse cultures and time zones


Licenses & Language:

  • High proficiency in both Cantonese and Mandarin is required

  • SFC License Type 1 is preferred

Skills:

  • Strong client service and problem-solving capabilities

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong prioritization and coordination skills

  • Ability to interact and work with colleagues in a multi-site and cross-functional environment
