ビジターエクスペリエンスチームはスタジオツアーに参加するゲストのチケット予約から当日のスタジオツアー、ひいてはそれに伴うカスタマーサービスに至るまで、全てのゲストサービスを統括する部門です。
その中で、コンタクトセンターは、ビジターエクスペリエンス戦略を推進し、フィードバックオペレーションを管理し、電話・メール・チャットによる問い合わせへの対応によって、ビジターに一流の体験を提供することを責務としています。また、ビジターのみならず、従業員の満足度向上に寄与する取り組みを推進しております。
Your Role Accountabilities...
ビジターからのWBSJ（スタジオツアー、ハリーポッターショップ）に関するお問い合わせに適切、且つ迅速に対応すること、および貴重なビジターの声を漏れなく受け止めることでスタジオツアーの体験価値向上に寄与する
エッセンシャルジョブファンクション
ビジターからの各種問合せへの対応（電話、メール、チャット）、および各業務における仕組みやオペレーション構築
Qualifications & Experiences...
対面/非対面（電話、メール、チャット）でのカスタマーサービス経験
英語スキル（電話、メール、チャット、対面での英語対応経験など）
PC基礎スキルと知識（Excelなど、Officeソフト含む）
ビジターや同僚とのコミュニケーション能力
変化する環境や要望、個々の個性や考えに対する柔軟性とリスペクト
勤務形態
年間変形労働制（週37.5時間が目安／最大週40時間）
1ヵ月ごとのシフトを作成
土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）勤務
その他
