Workdays & Hours: Fri â Mon 6am-4pm (working in office team environment)
24/7 Operation - weekend work may be required. This position is a first responder in severe weather conditions/emergencies which will be subject to work after hours, emergency call back hours, nights, weekends, holidays and will participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

Want to be the calm voice that keeps a city moving? Fort Worth Water is hiring Water Dispatch Representatives to support our 24/7 Field Operations Divisionâensuring fast, reliable communication between crews in the field and residents in need.
In this role, youâll receive and log incoming service requests, coordinate response teams via two-way radio, manage utility locates, and maintain accurate records in our work management system. Your work ensures timely response to everything from routine water issues to emergency outagesâmaking you a key link in protecting public health and infrastructure.
