Job Objective

To promote the growth of the watches and jewelry category in the Mexican market, ensuring its penetration in its own retail and luxury boutiques, aligning the commercial strategy, marketing, training and visibility of the brand with the global guidelines and the allocated budget.

Strategic Priorities 2026

  • Develop the penetration of the category in its own stores (5 CHANEL luxury boutiques)
  • Management of the W&FJ Retail Coach
  • Increase category penetration within the Fashion sale
  • Proactive attention to Fashion Advisors
  • Create Category Desirability Using Media/PR/Digital Plan Orchestration

Integrated Responsibilities

  • Market Development and Distribution: Identify strategic partners, define opening/closing plans, set POS targets and monitor monthly results. Analyze sell-out data to adjust strategies.
  • Commercial and Financial Management: Define sell-in/sell-out objectives, seasonal purchasing plan, inventory levels and orders in transit. Participate in the definition of prices and administration of the annual budget.
  • Visual Merchandising and Brand Experience: Guarantee global standards in visual campaigns, coordinate material and special events (e.g. SIAR), improve image in POS and train teams.
  • Training and Training: Detect needs, plan internal and external programs, share guidelines and launches, evaluate staff performance and coordinate training with clients.
  • Events and Launches: Design and execute strategies for special events, define logistics, budget, means and guests, ensuring compliance with objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead regular meetings, delegate tasks, motivate and develop talent, evaluate performance biannually and establish incentives for the sales force.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Generate sales, inventory and market reports; analyze budget deviations and propose corrective actions to maintain the competitive position.
