Job Description Summary:
The Warranty Administrative Assistant main focus will be EPC, HV, and BESS close out packages and support of ongoing warranty processes.Job Description:

Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist Warranty Services Administrative Manager or Warranty Manager as needed
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Maintain Warranty Projects Guide
Set up Closeout Templates
Tracking of Substantial Completion Dates and Certificates
Coordination with all Contractors to receive and review closeout documentation
Filing of all closeout documentation in Sharepoint/ICM Closeout Folders
Delivery of closeout package to project teams
Assist with writing and tracking Purchase and Work Orders for warranty work
Assist with maintaining warranty filing system
Complete other responsibilities as assigned
