Warehouse Technician, 1st Shift – White Bear Lake, MN

We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Technician to join our White Bear Lake, MN team. You will support production by keeping lines supplied with materials, operate a tugger, stock and return materials to proper locations.
You will:
- Ensure production lines are supplied with materials in a timely manner, supporting efficient material flow (including tugger routes).
- Receive, move, store, pull, and return materials to proper warehouse locations using material handling equipment.
- Read and understand Bills of Materials (BOMs) to support accurate material delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with safety policies.
- Accurately document all work performed and communicate work status and progress between shifts.
- Promote and participate in continuous improvement and process improvement initiatives.
- Attend assigned meetings and collaborate with cross‑functional teams as a warehouse representative, performing other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment; strong problem‑solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- High school diploma with prior warehouse experience; familiarity with PE environments, RF scanners, and ERP systems.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with measuring tools and scales.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 40 lbs., standing for an entire shift, and working overtime as needed.
- Steel-toed footwear is required.
Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is $19.00-$22.00/hour, DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
Shift:
- 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30pm
- Overtime and weekends as needed.
