Join our team as a Senior Warehouse Tech and play a key role in bringing trade shows to life! You’ll partner with the Event Manager and Event Specialist to prep, pack, and power successful events loading and unloading crates, assembling displays, organizing the warehouse, and shipping show materials. If you’re experienced with forklifts, skilled with hand tools like power drills, thrive under tight deadlines, and love keeping things organized, this is your chance to make an impact behind the scenes.

What You Will Do 

  • Own inbound operations: Receive, move, restock, and organize tradeshow inventory using online systems; manage and troubleshoot work orders.
  • Lead shipping execution: Coordinate and process outbound shipments accurately and on time.
  • Handle freight: Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
  • Pick, pack, and fulfill orders: Complete tradeshow and internal orders using RF scanners with speed and precision.
  • Build and maintain displays: Assemble and service tradeshow displays using hand tools (e.g., power drills) and printers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse: Uphold appearance and safety standards.
  • Proactively solve problems: Identify workflow issues and communicate solutions.
  • Support warehouse operations: Assist with storeroom control, recycling, and space management as needed.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.  
  • Experience: 2-3 years in related role with experience driving forklifts and using hand tools.
  • Skills: Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50lbs and comfortable with heights.

Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $20 - $26 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
