Warehouse Team MemberAbout the role:
The Warehouse Team Member supports the Warehouse Coordinator in the daily operation of the Raging Waters Sydney warehouse. This role involves receiving, storing, and distributing goods, assisting with deliveries to and from the park, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment, and supporting stock control activities.Roles & Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Receiving & Dispatch
• Receive incoming deliveries and verify delivery documentation.
• Assist with unloading vehicles and manual handling of goods.
• Move stock from the warehouse to various park locations as required.
• Support the Warehouse Coordinator in dispatching outgoing goods.
2. Stock Handling & Storage
• Correctly label, store, and organise inventory.
• Replenish operational areas (F&B, Retail, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.) as directed.
• Assist with stock rotation to prevent spoilage or waste.
• Put away received goods promptly and accurately.
3. Stock Control & Record Keeping
• Assist with regular stocktakes and cycle counts.
• Report low stock levels or discrepancies to the Warehouse Coordinator.
• Help maintain accurate stock movement records.
4. Operational Support
• Assist with the movement of equipment, consumables, and materials around the park.
• Support departments by delivering required stock to their designated storage points.
• Monitor fridge and freezer temperatures daily and report any anomalies.
• Maintain cleanliness in warehouse areas (sweep, organise shelves, waste removal).
5. Safety & Compliance
• Follow Raging Waters Sydney WHS and manual-handling requirements at all times.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (trolleys, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safe storage practices.
• Report hazards, damaged stock, or unsafe conditions immediately.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Essential
• Ability to perform manual handling and repetitive lifting.
• Good communication with internal departments.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willingness to work weekends and support peak-season operations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a small team.
Desirable
• Forklift licence (LF).
• Manual driver’s licence.
• Experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or logistics environment.
• Basic knowledge of stock management systems (training can be provided).

• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist across departments.
• Good organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to lift up to approx. 20–25 kg safely.
• Standing, walking, bending, and moving stock throughout the shift.
• Ability to work outdoors when delivering stock around the park.

Pay Conditions:
This is a casual position from October to April, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays during the season.
The hourly rates are in accordance with the Amusement, Events and Recreation Award. Warehouse Team Members aged 20 years or older are paid at a Grade3 hourly rate of $33.38 per hour (includes casual loading).
Different rates apply for applicants 19 years of age and under
Penalty rates apply for Sundays and Public Holidays.

Additional Information:
