As our Warehouse Team Lead, you will be responsible for directing warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of our facilities for storing and distributing raw materials. Your knowledge will be solicited to plan and schedule warehouse functions to ensure prompt and safe delivery of materials in accordance to established procedures.
You will bring 3+ years of warehouse management experience including knowledge in management of inventory and layout of facilities to determine best placement of materials. Along with the experience acquired through your bachelor’s degree, you will also bring familiarity with bills of materials routing, work order / purchase order relationship. Forklift certification is a requirement of this role.

The hiring range for this role is $63,000.00 – $82,740.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
