Main Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Ensure the accuracy of physical inventory counts versus system records, coordinate cycle and annual inventories, and control IMMEX inventory.

• Receiving and Shipping: Verify the efficient receipt, registration, and shipping of materials and products.

• IMMEX and Regulatory Compliance: Verify traceability and documentation in accordance with the IMMEX program and SAT regulations.

• Internal Control and Security: Implement internal controls, monitor physical security, and collaborate with audits.

• Personnel Management: Supervise the operational team, schedule shifts, and train personnel.

• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement methodologies such as 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma.

Key Deliveries
• Inventory Accuracy ≥ 98%
• Warehouse KPIs (turnover, accuracy, order fulfillment to production, etc.)
• Monthly IMMEX reports of inbound/outbound shipments
• Audit logs without critical findings
• Documentary evidence of foreign trade
• Action plans for audit findings

Job Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in similar positions in the manufacturing industry, with experience in companies with an IMMEX program and export operations.

Technical Skills:
• Warehouse management and internal logistics
• IMMEX program and foreign trade
• ERP (SAP)
• Safety and hygiene regulations. • Inventory control and WMS systems
• Desirable certifications:
• APICS (CPIM or CSCP)
• IMMEX/Foreign Trade
• AEO/CTPAT
• Internal Control / SOX
• Forklift operation (as needed)
• Skills:
• Leadership and team management
• Analysis and problem-solving
• Effective communication
• Organization and prioritization
• Adherence to corporate rules and policies
