The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of Rwanda Warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Inventory Management; receiving and issuing of stocks and ensuring accurate inventory records are maintained, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, prepare items for dispatch by assisting in loading while adhering to batch management. - 40%
- Participation in Rwanda ABP inventory health checks and Coordination of replenishments – 15%
- Participation in Rwanda warehouse cycle counts and quarterly stock takes. - 25%
- Warehouse Organization; Segregation of goods and proper housekeeping by organizing the warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and accessibility. - 10%
- Safety compliance; Follow Solenis EHS safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Manager. Participate in Rwanda Warehouse and office 6s activities. - 10%
