What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

  • Lead people, technology, and financial resources to meet business objectives.

  • Identify and implement potential improvements in processes or products, develop innovative concepts, and take calculated risks to achieve desired results.

  • Recognize development needs, create opportunities for colleagues, and manage the performance of both direct and indirect reports.

  • Oversee work teams, ensuring the timely delivery of materials to support manufacturing operations, and manage inventory and warehouses per cGMP and EHS requirements.

  • Supervise Central Dispensing Area (CDA) operations, supervise inventory control, and drive continuous improvement and optimization activities related to warehousing.

  • Manage and monitor the warehousing budget, identify operational and financial improvement opportunities, and collaborate with quality, EHS, and security experts to ensure compliance.

  • Prepare training plans and provide guidance to the team.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  •  Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a master's degree with 0+ years of experience;
    OR an associate's degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience

  • Solid understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Familiarity with System Application and Products (SAP)

  • Experience in inventory management concepts

  • Demonstrated ability to manage people and projects

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

  • Experience in manufacturing investigations and CAPA implementation

  • Skilled in the weighing and inventory control of materials and products within a regulated environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to develop and mentor team members

Lifting up to 35 lbs. and standing for long periods of time.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,300.00 to $133,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
