Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor located in Guadalajara South
Reporting to Production Planning Manager the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new and existing products, with a strong focus on electronics manufacturing and robust server‑grade assemblies.
What a typical day looks like:
- Oversees the shipping, receiving and distribution of goods.
- Ensures orders delivered are accurately and efficiently filled.
- Performs quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods.
- Maintains proper levels of stock in warehouse to ensure maximum profitability.
- Maintains files on all equipment. Conducts routine and periodic inventory counts on warehouse
- Accountable for ordering necessary equipment.
- Ensures sites are adequately and routinely stocked.
- Ensures warehouse is maintained in an efficient, neat and safe manner.
- Accountable for the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse
- BAAN experience
- Experience working with excel (pivots, report validation, graphics)
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Education / Experience
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Experience working with materials or using Manufacturing Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or related field.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
