Agropur is looking for an evening shift from Tuesday to Saturday Warehouse Supervisor to join its Amqui team. The Warehouse Supervisor plans, directs, and controls activities to ensure the distribution of dairy products to distributor agents according to required needs and timelines.

Salary range 004: $73,000 to $91,200 (Base salary will be determined based on academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)
How you will contribute to collective success:
Effectively coordinate order intake, shipping, loading, and supply activities.
Properly coordinate manufacturing processes and ensure production plans are achieved.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and instructions that meet quality system requirements, a key driver of operational success.
Act as a role model in the management of major OHS programs (lockout/tagout, confined spaces, ergonomics, WHMIS, etc.).
Mobilize, develop, and support your team in meeting production targets and guide them within a culture of operational improvement.
Initiate, support, and manage operational improvement initiatives.
Maintain and exceed daily production performance through team engagement.
Understand and properly apply the collective agreement.
Participate in various plant committees.
The type of player who fits well with the team:
College or university degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor, preferably in a unionized environment.
Knowledge of Lean principles applied to scheduling in order to support smooth shipping operations.
