Responsibility
1. Plan and coordinate all of warehouse process.

2. Coordinated with relevant department and friend’s plant about warehouse affairs.

3. To escalate any operation issues to superior.

4. To ensure safety requirements are followed in the plant, including for customers and visitors.

5. To load and unload cylinders & packs from cage to the designated area.
將鋼瓶及鋼瓶集束從框架搬運至指定區域。
6. To coordinate in loading and unloading of cylinders from daily incoming truck.
協調每日進貨卡車鋼瓶的裝卸作業。
7. Responsible for SAP transactions related to good receive, good issue, cycle counting or other inventory-related activities.
負責 SAP 系統中與收貨、出貨、循環盤點或其他庫存相關的交易。
8. To handle customer’s complaints.
處理客戶抱怨。
9. To assist ISO internal & external audit and to comply to all the ISO 9001 procedures and other related procedures.
協助 ISO 內部與外部稽核，並遵循所有 ISO 9001 程序及其他相關程序。
10. To perform other duties as directed by superiors
執行上級指示的其他工作。
11. To carry out preventive & predictive maintenance for plant equipment.
進行設備的預防性與預測性維護。
12. Prepares delivery schedules for distribution and customers.

Requirement
1. Bachelor's degree graduates in Science or Engineering related field.
具理科或工程相關領域之學士學位。
2. At least 3 years’ experience in plant operations.
至少三年工廠營運相關工作經驗。
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
熟悉 Microsoft Office 應用程式（Excel、Word、Outlook、PowerPoint）。
4. Proficient in English writing.
英文書寫能力佳，能有效溝通。
5. Proficient in written and oral communication skill.
具備優良的書面與口頭溝通技巧。
6. Proficient in material and warehouse management.
熟悉物料管理及倉儲管理作業。
7. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
能獨立作業，亦能與團隊協作。
8. Possesses experience in managing toxic chemicals and related chemicals.
具備管理有毒化學品及相關化學品之經驗。
