We are seeking a Warehouse Stock Clerk to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing general and specific clerical support to the departments assigned. The Warehouse Stock Clerk reports to the Department Manager or Supervisor of the department assigned.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain stock records, filing systems, and establish identification and classification on all items
Enter data into computer system on receipts and issue tickets
Prepare and correct inventory reports and material stock records
Receive, inspect, stock, and disburse storehouse materials, utilizing appropriate mobile equipment
Prepare shipping documents and material for return shipments and coordinate with Purchasing and Traffic for return instructions
Manage communications, inquiries and incoming work requests, reviewing files and records and mail
Photocopying, scanning and faxing
Adhere to all appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and demonstrate a high regard for safety
Utilize necessary safety equipment and observe all safety rules and lock out procedures
Keep work area and equipment clean and orderly
Assist other personnel as required
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
12 months of clerical experience
Accurately type 35 wpm, key Numeric Data Entry & Alpha Numeric Data Entry at 5000 kph
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Ability to develop, maintain, and review statistical reports and charts
Ability to accurately manage purchase order requisitions and receipts, Oracle Financial experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to accurately process clerical accounting functions which include accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost accounting and mill accounting
Ability to coordinate and document customer quality claims resolution
Ability to communicate will all RMSM personnel and vendors in a professional manner
Ability to convey and understand information effectively and safely, including speaking over a public address system
Ability to safely and appropriately operation mobile equipment; 12 months experience preferred
Valid Colorado Driver’s License
Obtain and maintain OSHA 10 and equipment certifications, as required
Ability to work inside warehouse and office environmental conditions, with exposure to adverse environmental conditions at times and outside elements, experience preferred
Must be able to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment, which will include but not be limited to repetition, climbing, kneeling, standing, crawling, consistent exertion of forces up to 50 pounds or more
Qualified candidates will be asked to demonstrate proficiency through testing. Tests to include: Microsoft Word 2003, Microsoft Excel 2003, General Typing, Data Entry – Numeric, and Data Entry – Alpha Numeric.
Compensation
$27.86 per hour
