As our Warehouse Section Head, you will lead and manage the Warehouse team responsible for operations associated with inventory management
ensuring that ways of working are EHS and Quality Compliant.
Further responsibilities:
Perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with site SOP’s, GSK EHS
standards, GPS and guidelines and relevant legal requirements
Report all accidents, incidents and any EHS issues using the appropriate process /system to
your line manager or, if required, the Occupational Health Advisor.
Maintain work area in an inspection ready state and clean as you go to maintain good safe
housekeeping standards.
Participate fully in our site’s EHS initiatives and ensure that all relevant EHS standards are adhered to.
Maintain GMP standards where appropriate to your role
Assure Shipping finished products smoothly at the right time with his team.
Monitor and improve area KPIs.
Manage and support Outbound, inbound and Pick for production teams and solving area issues.
This position is fully on-site.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, logistics, supply chain or a related field
Minimum 3 years of warehouse or logistics experience, ideally in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment.
Experience supervising or leading a team.
Practical knowledge of GMP, good documentation practices, and EHS basics.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic & English languages
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems.
Knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma basics.
Familiarity with handling regulated shipments and related documentation.
