The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Warehouse Lead role will make an impact:

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Receiving, inspection and labelling of all inventory entering the Warehouse.

  • Sampling of all incoming materials when required.

  • Handling, storage and rotation (materials and consumables) of inventory in accordance with relevant procedures.

  • Pick, kit and move materials throughout the site in line with production requirements.

  • Ensure good housekeeping at all times

  • Support the implementation of the operational excellence program on the site by identifying and implementing improvements

  • Ensure that GMP standards are maintained at all times and follow all relevant standard operating procedures

  • Adhere to all company and legislative Environmental Health & Safety requirements and safely operate all warehouse equipment.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a GMP warehouse environment.

  • Required to work shift

  • Warehouse Machinery license / experience is essential, such as Reach truck, Forklift, PPT

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, work on own initiative with little guidance in a high-volume fast-moving environment.

  • Working knowledge of systems especially SAP an advantage.

  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word & Excel

  • A strong team player that is willing to support fellow employees in meeting company’s goals and objectives.

  • Highly focused and result orientated.
