The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Warehouse Lead role will make an impact:
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Receiving, inspection and labelling of all inventory entering the Warehouse.
Sampling of all incoming materials when required.
Handling, storage and rotation (materials and consumables) of inventory in accordance with relevant procedures.
Pick, kit and move materials throughout the site in line with production requirements.
Ensure good housekeeping at all times
Support the implementation of the operational excellence program on the site by identifying and implementing improvements
Ensure that GMP standards are maintained at all times and follow all relevant standard operating procedures
Adhere to all company and legislative Environmental Health & Safety requirements and safely operate all warehouse equipment.
Any other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a GMP warehouse environment.
Required to work shift
Warehouse Machinery license / experience is essential, such as Reach truck, Forklift, PPT
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, work on own initiative with little guidance in a high-volume fast-moving environment.
Working knowledge of systems especially SAP an advantage.
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Word & Excel
A strong team player that is willing to support fellow employees in meeting company’s goals and objectives.
Highly focused and result orientated.
