Work under the direction of Supply Chain management as necessary to support ongoing warehouse operations. Assist in tasks following Noble’s processes and procedures to identify, tag, preserve, track, and report the status of company’s fleet spares. Assist in loading/unloading trucks. Perform general housekeeping duties and material preservation activities. Assist other personnel as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- G11
- Forklift truck certificate (T1-T4)
- Packing, securing of load, module O.2.6
- ADR 1.3 Dangerous Good
- Drivers license class B
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for inspecting cargo boxes, baskets, pallets, lifting gear, etc. including slings for damages prior to lifts.
- Responsible for goods receipts and preparing shipments including palletizing, packing, and documentation.
- Prepare necessary shipping and transfer documentation and help ensure accurate information in IFS of spare inventory.
- Responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Perform visual inspection on materials received and report any discrepancies.
- Responsible for the storage of materials in a safe and organized manner.
- Part of an on-call duty arrangement
- Other duties as assigned.
