We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. As the backbone of our fulfillment operations, you will ensure that every order is picked, packed, and shipped with absolute precision. From handling high-volume surges during peak sales campaigns to the careful assembly of promotional kits, your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our supply chain.
What You'll Do
Organize and assign picking lists to the picking team to ensure a smooth workflow; step in to support manual picking during peak volumes or staff shortages.
Perform final inspections and scanning of picked trolleys/batches to verify 100% accuracy before packing.
Thoroughly cross-check shipping labels (AWB) and invoices against physical items to prevent shipping errors.
Monitor and coordinate daily courier (3PL) pickup schedules to ensure the seamless handover of goods.
Manage the final dispatch process, including arranging manual drop-offs for remaining parcels to ensure all orders meet the daily shipping cut-off time.
Prepare and assemble "Gift With Purchase" (GWP) sets and sample packs strictly according to monthly marketing campaign mechanics.
Build and pack promotional gift set combos and bundles in alignment with specific marketing requirements.
Provide backup support for standard order picking during high-volume periods or when kitting tasks are completed.
Execute physical stock transfers between storage locations and handle packing requirements for offline stock transfer requests.
Who You Are
Possess a minimum High School Diploma, SPM, or relevant Vocational Certificate (Higher education is not required).
Demonstrate a basic understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word) for data entry and checking.
Exhibit strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain an organized workspace and accurate inventory records.
Willing and able to work Overtime (OT) and extended shifts during peak sales campaigns (e.g., Double Digit Sales, Payday Sales).
Reliable, physically fit, and capable of working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Nice To Have
Prior experience working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or logistics environment.
