8-hour afternoon shift | Monday to Friday (4:00 pm – 12:00 am)
The Role
Our Hexham site, located in Northern NSW, distributes a wide range of milk and milk-based products sourced directly from our manufacturing sites across NSW and Victoria.
Reporting to the Regional Coordinator NSW, this role is responsible for ensuring all cool room operations are carried out in an effective, efficient, and timely manner. You will play a critical role in ensuring product is handled safely, meets quality standards, and is delivered accurately and on time, while minimising waste and cost.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting all safety incidents and hazards
Accurately completing and maintaining quality-related documentation
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers
Recording and monitoring waste in line with company procedures
Adhering to all company safety, quality, and operational policies
About You
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Basic computer literacy and strong problem-solving skills
Licensed and competent Forklift Operator
