Air Liquide began operations in Malaysia in 1927 and is one of the pioneers of the gas industry in Malaysia. Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. With a strong workforce of 400 employees and business growth through our recent acquisition with nationwide presence, this will provide an exciting experience and journey with the opportunity that is unique yet challenging to gauge the integration and synergy processes that will change the entire competition landscape in Malaysia.
1. Order Fulfillment: Prepare, process, and load deliveries according to incoming orders, ensuring all contractual commitments and expedition timelines towards customers are respected.
2. Logistics & Handling: Move, stock, receive, and pack both inbound (return flow acknowledgment) and outbound warehouse merchandise.
3. Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and participate in regular inventory counts.
4. Equipment Operation: Operate necessary warehouse equipment to safely and efficiently complete tasks.
5. Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately record the flow information of materials and products by viewing and inputting data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, SAP, or other databases.
6. Customer Service: Address on-site customer inquiries and provide internal customers with necessary information and data to give visibility on the process from order fulfillment to invoicing.
1. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience working in a warehouse.
2. Knowledge of SAP for tracking equipment flow is an added advantage.
3. Possess a valid forklift license is an added advantage.
4. Possess customer-oriented mindset.
