As a Warehouse Operative based in Portadown, you’ll be responsible for:
Completing general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
Picking and packing items ready for delivery to our customers, which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets
Loading and unloading vehicles for deliveries and collections
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and adhering to Health and Safety guidelines.
Driving a 3.5T van delivering plumbing and heating supplies to our customers in the local area
This is a full time permanent role working 42.50 hours a week Monday - Thursday 07.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 07.30am - 4.00pm and Saturday on a rota basis 08.30am to 12.00pm
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment
A Full Manual Driving Licence
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
A strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team
