As a Warehouse Operative based in Ayr, you’ll be responsible for:
General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries involves manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.
Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
Delivering plumbing and heating supplies to our customers in the local area to cover driver holidays.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 5.00pm.

Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training
Full UK manual driving license is essential
