Maintaining high company health and safety standards, always ensuring that company rules and guidelines are adhered to.
Ensuring companies’ quality expectations are met. Striving to meet customers’ demands and giving customers the best experience where possible.
Working efficiently whilst maintaining health and safety rules plus quality standards, ensuring companies strict production deadlines and delivery targets are met.
Taking on general warehouse duties to ensure stock accuracy levels. (Cycle counting and inventory stock takes). Picking and stock replenishment using FIFO.
Cylinder and valve preparation duties to ensure production facility has no downtime.
Goods inwards quality inspections to determine whether correct product has been received per order.
Treating dangerous goods with care and attention.
Ensure companies manual handling processes are followed.
Maintain company housekeeping standards.
Report any issues regarding safety/quality to management team.
General Requirements:
Experience working in a warehouse environment, ideally.
FLT counterbalance license preferred.
Basic ICT knowledge favourable.
Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow a process are essential.
Ability to work both individually and promote a team environment across departments and shifts, in a fast paced environment.
Flexibility with respect to shifts and overtime, with a customer focussed approach in order to meet demand.
