Compensation for this role will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and relevant knowledge.

What you will do:

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispensing and dispatching of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure full compliance with GDP, GMP (as applicable), and all regulatory and quality requirements.
• Maintain and monitor proper storage conditions such as temperature, humidity, and security to protect product integrity.
• Oversee inventory control processes, including stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and expiry management.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Train, supervise, and support warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams during audits and inspections. Investigate deviations, incidents, or product damage and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

•Monitor and report on KPIs related to accuracy, productivity, compliance, and safety

•Operate company vehicles and warehouse equipment as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
• Proficient experience within warehouse or logistics management experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• Strong knowledge of GDP/GMP requirements and pharmaceutical handling practices.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and robust inventory control processes.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in investigating discrepancies, deviations, or product issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence.
