Reporting directly to the Director, Site, you as a Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading a small team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient material usage during production, and overseeing overall warehouse performance. You will manage daily work activities, monitor project status, and act as an escalation point for operational inquiries. You will also recommend new or improved material handling methods, procedures, and standards to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
You will ensure robust inventory control, optimize material flow to support production requirements, and analyze issues to develop effective resolutions aligned with company standards. In this role, you will enforce Littelfuse processes and procedures to guarantee consistent and compliant warehouse operations. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives that support productivity, safety, and quality within the warehouse environment.
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates with full accountability for performance, development, and team results.
Manage daily warehouse operations, including material movement, inventory accuracy, and production support.
Optimize material usage and flow to meet production schedules and minimize waste.
Assess warehouse issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to meet material and operational standards.
Ensure adherence to Littelfuse procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production and shipping timelines.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities in material handling and warehouse efficiency.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and system updates as required.
Support audits, cycle counts, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Seven to ten years of professional experience.
Proven management and leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of materials management and warehouse operations.
Experience in global manufacturing companies preferred.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline.
