We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to work in our warehouse and production facility in Hatfield, PA. This facility supports our sales efforts out of North America. 

Objectives of this role: 

  • Ensure peak warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction by supervising and training staff, and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals. 

  • Work according to and improve operations systems covering product handling, storage, equipment utilization, inventory, and shipping. 

  • Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. 

  • Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics. 

  • Prepare workflows, staffing plans, space allocations, and equipment layouts to meet productivity, quality, and customer service standards. 

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods. 

  • Supervise daily warehouse tasks by assigning responsibilities, setting staffing levels, planning work rotas, and monitoring performance across quality assurance, inventory control, logistics, and shipping. 

  • Verify the accuracy of orders, bills, inventory, and deliveries. 

  • Produce and analyze regular performance reports and statistics, such as IN/OUT status and dead stock reports. 

  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area, ensuring efficient space use, and set up layout as needed. 

  • Coordinate with customers and other departments to answer questions, solve problems, and ensure smooth operations. 

  • Maintain item records and document information on the project warehouse status. 

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and adjust work procedures as necessary. 

  • Order supplies, mainly spare parts, and maintain suitable inventory levels. 

  • Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and security standards, ensuring the safe and effective use of equipment and the wellbeing of all staff. 

  • Strategically manage the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision. 

  • Prepare annual budget 

  • Recruit, select, orient, coach, motivate, and discipline employees; communicate job expectations and appraise results. 

  • Inspect equipment and oversee maintenance as required. 

  • Ensure accurate records of all warehouse activities are maintained. 

  • Monitor the condition and location of all fleet vehicles.
