The opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of materials—from raw copper, core steel, and insulation materials to finished transformer units including External Warehouse control. The ideal candidate must ensure inventory accuracy, HSE compliance, and seamless support for the production line.
How you'll make an impact:
You will oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials (copper wires, core steel, bushings, transformer oil).
You will coordinate with the Production Planning department to ensure all materials are picked and delivered to the assembly line on time (JIT process).
You will maintain 100% inventory accuracy by performing regular Cycle Counts and Physical Budgets using ERP SAP4HANA systems.
You will design and implement efficient warehouse layouts to accommodate heavy-duty components and ensure easy accessibility, including rental warehouse, enforce strict safety protocols, especially regarding the operation of forklifts and overhead cranes. Ensure the warehouse meets ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
You will supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 to10 years in warehouse supervision, preferably within the Electrical, Power, or Heavy Machinery manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in ERP/SAP4 HANA software and Advanced Excel. Experience in managing high-value materials.
Knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and FIFO principles, strong knowledge of inventory control, stock allocation, stock aging.
Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable working in a factory/warehouse environment and managing heavy-load logistics.
Good command of English (for reporting and system usage).
