Warehouse Coordinator

Ziegenfelder - Lockhart Full time
Essential Functions
A Warehouse Coordinator at Ziegenfelder is responsible for the following:
Must have forklift experience.
Receiving Raw Materials
  • Inspect incoming trucks and follow established SOPs for receiving and storage
  • Accurately receive materials into the WMS system
  • Record all receipts in the receiving log and submit monthly reports to Finance
  • Ensure all raw materials are properly labeled
  • Record and track lot numbers (e.g., sticks)
  • Verify all receiving paperwork is complete, signed, and matches delivered materials; submit documentation to the appropriate personnel
  • Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule and manage incoming deliveries
Inventory Management (Warehouse & Systems)
  • Maintain appropriate par levels within the warehouse
  • Ensure accuracy of inventory by updating and maintaining WMS and inventory worksheets
  • Support end-of-month (EOM) inventory processes
  • Review production schedules at least one week in advance; proactively communicate potential shortages or issues
  • Move raw materials from the warehouse to production daily, as needed, to support operations
Communication & Operations Support
  • Communicate daily activities and updates to the Freezer Manager, freezer staff, purchasing, and operations teams
  • Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery scheduling
  • Provide support across warehouse, freezer, and shipping functions as needed.
