The Warehouse Coordinator is the owner of receiving, production staging, and shipping. He/she ensures that all policies and procedures are followed. He/she must also take ownership of inventory, cycle counts and all documentation as pertaining to the warehouse. He/she will also be responsible for directing material to create an efficient and effective work spare for internal customers.

Primary Responsibilities:        

  • Provide feedback on warehouse areas of improvement.  Identify warehouse issues that create maintenance and operations issues.
  • Update records as goods enter and leave the warehouse to maintain inventory control. Ensure that all parts and equipment arrive in good condition and the order is complete.  Responsible for keeping records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Check each shipment against shipping invoices or bills of lading.
  • Responsible for outgoing quality control. No damaged or incorrect components are sent out.  Communicates quality control information to the buyer.
  • Manages departmental expediting of past due orders, pre-expediting of future purchase orders, posting of supplier delivery data and processing of vendor returns, while maintaining accurate estimated arrival dates on all open purchases, ensuring accurate information on deliveries are communicated to affected parties.
  • Receives all materials.  Returns unused materials to stock and make proper entries in the SAP system.
  • Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Execute according to warehouse weekly requirements.
  • Maintain accurate issuing (MIGO) information and reservation data.  Deploy end user SAP improvements.
  • Generates reports on outstanding reservations and other material movement processes.  Completes supplier scorecard to provide quality of delivery metric.    
  • Execute PD plan, including in house training and seminars.  Carry forward suggestions from end users on improvement or complaints.
  • Manages warehouse material movements to the process design. Coordinate paperwork and logistics relating to stock balance returns.

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $32.50 and $39.10/Hourly; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
