Job Description

The warehouse clerk is the stuff under packager/loader lead. The incumbent will be responsible for following EHSQ requirement and standard working procedure to accomplish the daily GR/GI of the final product, by-product, raw materials, package material on a safely and efficiently way based on standard working procedure.

• Finish goods, by products GR/GI related work within the boundaries of the plant. Meanwhile make sure achieve related KPI data included but not limited to PGI/PGR, accuracy rate,etc.,
• According to customer requirements, prepare shipping labels and docs (packing list, ETC).
• Communicate/Align with Logistics order completion and ready for shipping to customer.
• Perform in-out bound of all raw materials, packaging materials according to standard SOP. Meanwhile make sure achieve related KPI data included but not limited to PGI/PGR ,accuracy rate,etc.,
• Perform SAP operation based on standard work process, make records of related documents on time.
• Develop all inventory information report to related departments.
• Perform cycle counts per schedule.
• Ability to recognize risk and quickly response for any abnormal case
• Familiar with WMS/WCS/LIMS /SAP system ,make sure daily operation goes smoothly
• 5S management of the warehouse.
• Other Tasks assigned by lead.
