The Warehouse is a division in the European distribution center in Zaltbommel. In the Warehouse, new stock is being stored, collected, packaged, and shipped. The stored goods are collected by order. An order can be a spare part (spare process) or a full product (product process) with a large number of parts. Loose parts are collected, packaged, and shipped. Components for complete products are collected, pre-pared (unpacked) and packed and shipped after assembly and configuration.
Hitachi Vantara is a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd. and sells data solutions to customers in more than 170 countries. The Distribution Centre in Zaltbommel processes orders for the EMEA market (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). Each order is customer specific, and these high-quality systems are fully assembled and configured in the distribution center before they are delivered to our customers.
