How You’ll Make an Impact
Ensure compliance with all applicable external regulations and internal policies, procedures, and guidelines
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
Maintain safe, efficient workflows aligned with production and operational schedules
Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and audits
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams and external partners
Manage warehouse budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, KPIs, and lean methodologies
Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Lead, develop, and engage the warehouse team, fostering accountability, capability growth, and performance
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing warehouse or logistics operations
Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or energy-related environments
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational improvements
Proven people leadership skills with a strong focus on safety, engagement, and development
