How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable external regulations and internal policies, procedures, and guidelines

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities

  • Maintain safe, efficient workflows aligned with production and operational schedules

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock control, cycle counts, and audits

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams and external partners

  • Manage warehouse budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, KPIs, and lean methodologies

  • Promote compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

  • Lead, develop, and engage the warehouse team, fostering accountability, capability growth, and performance

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing warehouse or logistics operations

  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial, or energy-related environments

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into operational improvements

  • Proven people leadership skills with a strong focus on safety, engagement, and development
