Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

About the Role 
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly engaged Waiter/Waitress to join our Pelagos Restaurant team for the Season 2026 (minimum 6 or 7 months contract). You will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience that reflects the restaurant’s Michelin-star standards. 

What You Will Do 

  • Describe and present menu items (food & beverage) to guests in an engaging, knowledgeable manner. 

  • Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with the kitchen for special requests. 

  • Ensure timely delivery of all orders. 

  • Set up, break down, and maintain tables, buffets, and service areas. 

  • Collaborate with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams for seamless service. 

  • Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain guest history records. 

  • Follow all safety and hygiene protocols. 

  • Assist with service across various hotel outlets, events, and in-room dining. 

What You Bring 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience. 

  • Applicants must have European Passport or the legal right to work in Greece. 

  • Previous fine dining or high-volume service experience is an advantage. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

  • Fluency in English; Greek proficiency is an advantage. 

  • Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.

Schedule & Hours 
Summer Seasonal Job – 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. 
Schedule is flexible and may change weekly according to business needs.
