Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.

Combining creativity, precision, and genuine hospitality, we turn each occasion into a memorable moment for our guests. 

About the Role 

At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, we are seeking a highly motivated Waiter/Waitress to join our Banquet & Events team for the 2026 season (minimum 6–7 months contract). You will deliver exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy seamless, memorable events that reflect Four Seasons’ world-class standards. 

What You Will Do 

  • Describe and present food and beverage offerings to guests in an engaging and knowledgeable manner. 

  • Anticipate guest needs and coordinate with culinary and service teams for special requests. 

  • Ensure timely delivery of all orders and flawless service throughout events. 

  • Set up, break down, and maintain tables, buffet stations, and service areas. 

  • Collaborate closely with stewarding, culinary, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations. 

  • Operate tea/coffee equipment and maintain accurate guest and event records. 

  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and F&B procedures. 

  • Assist with service across other hotel outlets, in-room dining, and special events as required. 

What You Bring 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience. 

  • European Passport or legal right to work in Greece. 

  • Previous fine dining, banquet, or high-volume service experience is an advantage. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

  • Fluency in English; Greek proficiency is an advantage. 

  • Food handling and sanitation certification is a plus.

Schedule & Hours
