The paralegal studies instructor will instruct course(s) in the LSU Paralegal Studies program, which is a non-credit certificate program located in the Professional Development department of LSU Online & Continuing Education.
Job Responsibilities:
Instruct course(s) in the paralegal studies courses. Duties include weekly lectures conducted on Zoom, administering and grading assignments, quizzes, projects, and/or exams. 90%
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching experience. 5%
Participate in biannual faculty meetings. 5%
Minimum Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate with 3 years of experience
Degree Substitute:
A bachelor's degree or certificate in paralegal studies from an ABA-approved program may substitute for the Juris Doctorate.
