VYNDAMAX® (tafamidis) is the first FDA‑approved therapy proven to reduce cardiovascular‑related mortality and hospitalizations in patients with transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR‑CM), a progressive, life‑threatening, and often underdiagnosed disease. The Vyndamax Marketing Senior Manager will lead strategic, insight‑driven initiatives that elevate the patient‑journey experience across digital, social, and in‑office channels. This role will guide consumer social and competitive strategy, steward the branded social roadmap, and oversee the development and execution of cross‑channel programs. Leveraging consumer insights and performance analytics, the Senior Manager will refine engagement strategies, messaging, creative, and investment priorities. Success requires strong collaboration with brand partners and the CMO organization to deliver breakthrough, integrated execution.

Key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and advance the consumer social, competitive, and audience‑driven creative strategy to strengthen brand presence and engagement.

  • Channel Ownership: Own the branded social strategy, engagement roadmap, and tactical execution in partnership with the CMO Social Team.

  • Program Ownership: Lead the development and implementation of branded digital, social, in‑office, and point‑of‑care programs, ensuring innovative, high‑quality execution.

  • Insights, Analytics & Optimization: Generate actionable consumer insights to guide data‑driven decisions and continuously refine engagement strategies, creative, messaging, and investment priorities.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with patient activation partners, the Brand team, and CMO organization to elevate capabilities, deliver breakthrough creative, and integrated execution.

  • Compliance & Governance: Partner with Compliance, Medical, and Legal teams to ensure all content and programs meet Orange Guide and regulatory standards.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, managed care, communications, or strategic consulting roles

  • Marketing experience required; consumer marketing experience preferred

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to navigate a complex, rapidly evolving environment

  • Proven success operating in a fast‑paced, high‑energy setting while managing multiple priorities

  • Strong business acumen and exceptional verbal and written communication skills tailored to diverse audiences

  • Advanced project-management skills, with the ability to drive execution and navigate internal processes

  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into impactful strategies and measurable in‑market results

  • Strong collaboration and alignment‑building skills, including effective listening, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication of scientific and commercial strategies to senior leadership

  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $124,400.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
