主要职责:
根据公司目标,拟定可衡量和可执行的业务发展战略和计划,通过关键合作伙伴,驱动销售收入持续增长。
To develop strategies and business plan with measurable & actionable goals to drive revenue growth through key partnerships, which can convert the joint sales pipeline into revenue.
建立并管理内外部合作关系,确保客户需求得到满足并保证供货渠道通畅,与销售、市场部门紧密配合,及时交换信息,并配合销售团队在其区域内完成相关产品准入,支持销售策略的执行。
To build and manage both internal and external cooperation relationships to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and good smooth supply channel, Closely cooperate and timely exchange information with the sales and marketing department. coordinate the sales team to accomplish product access to the region, support the execution of sales strategies.
主导业务营运和商务活动对接,确保解决方案成功执行。
To lead joint business & commerce initiatives, define and ensure successful execution of solution plan.
· 关于日常业务营运,提供问题解决方案并在赛诺菲集团和外部合作伙伴间协调各利益方关系,包括供应链,BD,SFE,商务运作团队及合作伙伴间,确保产品在中国市场的持续供应。
To provide the solution and coordinate the relationship among all stakeholders within Sanofi group and external partners on day to day business, including: Coordinate with supply chain, BD, SFE, commercial operation team and partners to ensure the sustained supply of product in China.
通过持续创新,诸如电子商务平台等,优化商务服务,驱动提高并改善客户满意度。
To optimize commercial service with innovative solution to satisfy customers, eg. E-commercial platform.
· 配合公司销售策略,管理和协调深圳工厂、泰州公司二个销售主体,建立及维护供货渠道,包括:渠道开发、覆盖,年度销售额设定,月度采购量及库存管理,产品流向单,完成终端覆盖区域的拓展,完成公司商业政策的执行和监管。
Manage and coordinate Shenzhen factory and Taizhou company in line with the Company’s marketing strategy to establish and maintain supplying channels, including channel development and coverage, annual sales target setting, monthly procurement amount and storage management and product flow direction; accomplish the expansion of terminal coverage and the implementation and supervision of the Company’s commercial policies.
· 从专业角度出发,积极主动参与商务团队工作,给出建议并引导合理决策。
To act as a subject matter expert, contributes proactively to commerce team efforts and positively influences decisions.
· 5年以上的医药、OTC行业内市场类或者相关工作经验。
Over 5-year experience in medicine and OTC marketing or related business operation.
· 大学本科以上学历, 良好的英语能力和熟练的电脑操作能力。
Bachelor’s degree or above, good oral and written English, Excellent computer-savvy .
· 为人正直,勤奋敬业,有良好的沟通谈判技巧,强烈的客户服务意识,有强烈的学习和自我激励能力,以及团队合作能力,很强的执行能力和问题解决能力。
Honest and dedicated with demonstrated communication and negotiation skills and a strong sense of customer service, strong team and self-motivated spirit, and proven learning, executive and trouble-shooting ability.
· 具备激励,沟通,规划组织,发展他人,做出判断,与人合作,创新和团队协作等胜任工作的能力。
Excellent coordinate, communication, interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and influence people, planning & organization, innovation, act as decision-maker and team player.
