Core Job Responsibilities :
1. Overall Coordination of Product Localization: Lead the implementation of localization strategies for the conveyance product line; coordinate cross-departmental resources to advance technical adjustments, supply chain establishment, and compliance optimization for products to adapt to local markets; ensure products meet regional market demands and industry standards.
2. End-to-End Cost Control: Take the lead in optimizing product costs and manufacturing costs; establish cost analysis models; identify key points for cost control; promote the implementation of cost-reduction solutions in design, procurement, production, and other links; achieve refined cost management.
3. Quality and Efficiency Improvement: Formulate and implement product quality optimization plans; supervise the daily work of the Process Quality Management & Inspection Team; establish a rapid response mechanism for quality issues; promote production efficiency improvement projects; optimize production processes and technologies; enhance production capacity and delivery timeliness.
4. Team Management and Collaboration: Overall manage the four subordinate teams; clarify team goals and members’ responsibilities; build an efficient team collaboration system; organize cross-team communication meetings; coordinate and resolve collaboration issues in production, quality, engineering, and other links; ensure smooth operation of the product line.
5. Value Stream and Financial Collaboration: Establish and continuously optimize the value stream management system for the conveyance product line; monitor the input-output ratio of operational links based on financial data; identify operational bottlenecks and financial risks; promote end-to-end process improvement and financial benefit enhancement.
Job Qualifications
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Financial Management, or related fields are preferred.
2. Work Experience: Over 5 years of operation management experience in the manufacturing industry, including more than 3 years of experience in value stream management and production operation of CV or similar industrial products; rich team management experience, with experience in independently leading at least 2 cross-functional teams to complete operation optimization projects; experience in financial management and cost accounting in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
3. Core Competencies:
o Proficient in product localization operation processes; solid methodology in cost analysis, quality management, and production efficiency improvement (e.g., Lean Production, Six Sigma).
o Excellent financial management capabilities; familiar with manufacturing cost accounting logic, budget management processes, and financial analysis tools; able to formulate cost control and benefit improvement solutions based on operational data.
o Familiar with manufacturing production processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems (e.g., ISO9001); capable of solving complex production and quality problems.
o Outstanding cross-departmental collaboration and communication skills; able to effectively coordinate resources from finance, procurement, R&D, and other departments; promote the coordinated implementation of operational and financial goals.
o Strong data-driven thinking; good at identifying problems and formulating targeted solutions through financial and operational data analysis; excellent learning ability and stress resistance.
4. Other Requirements: Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to adapt to certain business travel needs.
