Under the direction of Global Education, the VS&A Onboarding Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering instructor-led training to New Hires on the VS&A Sales Team at various levels. Training will cover relevant support tools, processes, and products such as cameras, access control hardware, cloud software, mobile applications, and networks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for training and development.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Maintain administrative tasks including new employee set up and follow-up during their onboarding process
Deliver product and sales training to new hires on the VS&A Sales teams, ensuring they are equipped for success in their new role
Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to identify and prioritize training needs
Collaborate with the appropriate business units to clearly understand the usage and intent of new features and how that translates into training needs
Create and maintain engaging and effective training materials for use during the onboarding process
Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
OR 1+ years of training experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
English fluency is required, while proficiency in another language is a plus.
Proven ability to write clearly and concisely for a corporate audience
Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team-based environment
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Self-starter, able to effectively work independently
Must be able to coordinate and organize tasks and activities to ensure that project schedules and project goals are met
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time including international travel
