  • Build and govern a multi-year workforce planning framework that includes headcount forecasting, skills demand, and capacity modeling across functions and regions.
  • Partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to translate strategic plans into workforce plans, staffing scenarios, and hiring, movement, and reskilling strategies.
  • Establish a robust workforce analytics agenda, using data and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations on trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design, future-of-work considerations, and critical-skill planning in partnership with senior leadership.

Experience you'll need to have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including setting direction, coaching, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise or multi-business-unit workforce planning, including headcount forecasting, scenario modeling, and alignment with financial plans.
  • Proven experience using workforce analytics, financial data, and reporting tools to develop insights and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in executive communication, including building presentations, framing recommendations, and facilitating discussions with senior leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Experience working with enterprise HR technology and analytics platforms (for example, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Background in management consulting, strategy, or organizational design supporting C-suite-level initiatives.
  • Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

How you'll work:
