Position Overview:

Lead a team responsible for formulation, execution and optimization of the Wealth Management marketing and communications strategy in the Retirement Services business. The subject matter expert and “go-to” source for all strategic planning and communications, including message integration across channels and business lines. Responsible for developing new programs and strategies to retain and grow Wealth Management clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new programs and communication strategies to help retain and build existing Wealth Management client relationships.
  • Build strategy and plans for attracting, onboarding and growing new Wealth clients.
  • Partner with and serve in a leading role with various areas of business to improve the overall Wealth client experience and drive core business objectives supporting retention and growth at each stage of the client journey.
  • Develop annual/monthly calendar and socialize with key business partners. Integrate planning with the line of business goals.
  • Work closely with Participant Marketing and Advisor Enablement Marketing teams to integrate the end-to-end experience for existing and new Wealth clients across the marketing organization and provide training and communications to financial advisors about wealth products and solutions.
  • Manage and optimize existing communication programs designed to drive wealth client engagement, education, and positive outcomes
  • National event multi-channel communication strategy development:
    • Toolkit development and deployment
    • Website updates
    • Manage participant, plan sponsor, and key contact emails
    • Lead campaign integration/campaign tracker management
    • Quarterly statement content development and support
    • Online messaging and participant portal support
  • Own wealth client webinar and client appreciation program strategy and execution.
  • Manage Wealth audience ‘event-in-a-box' creation, content and ongoing management to support elevated client events (in-person and virtual).
  • Build, deploy, and manage strategic wealth onboarding communications (including strategy and content development)
  • Build, deploy, and manage end-to-end triggered dynamic participant journeys including:
    • Data management and integration
    • Strategy and content development for all channels
    • Measurement and analytics
  • Partner with Consumer Insights and Data teams to create a 360 data reporting strategy for campaigns and programs.
  • Lead and optimize list management processes to feed into marketing databases including RPI (Salesforce), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email platform) and Advisor CRM.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 15+ years group retirement and wealth management experience
  • Confident communication, sound judgement, and the ability to influence senior leadership and external stakeholders in high-visibility situations.
  • Advanced relationship building skills and ability to work across matrixed organizations
  • Must have strong communication and presentation skills including large groups

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $183,000 to $250,000 at the commencement of employment.  Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financials' Houston, TX or Jersey City, NJ office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
