The Transformation and Change team plays a pivotal role in supporting the BX business and operations teams to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities, interlock with Operations, Finance and Technology teams to drive holistic business solutions, enable and drive future ready solutions.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to BX's mission by capitalizing on the India CoE framework to drive harmonization, standardization across the CoE’s and, interlocking with Technology and Finance to redefine the future operating model for BX India.
The Vice President – Transformation will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize and digitize the Credit & Insurance function. This role will partner closely with business, technology, and data teams to design and deliver automation-driven solutions that enhance speed, accuracy, scalability, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with deep expertise in transformation, automation ecosystems, and data strategy within financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead large-scale programs to automate and digitize core business functions across Credit & Insurance.
• Collaborate with Technology teams to design and implement a connected automation framework combining enterprise platforms, low-code solutions, and AI capabilities.
• Partner with Data teams to embed a robust data strategy into automation initiatives.
• Enhance visibility, traceability, and actionable insights across the Credit & Insurance lifecycle.
• Leverage data collected through automation to enable predictive analytics, risk modeling, and smarter decision-making.
• Foster a culture of innovation by promoting adoption of emerging technologies and automation best practices.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure alignment on transformation goals.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Education & Experience:
• Proven track record of leading business-wide automation and digitization programs in financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial services industry including regulatory requirements.
• Experience with low-code platforms, AI tools, RPA solutions, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Skilled in embedding data governance, analytics, and predictive modeling into operational workflows.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives, technology leaders, and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in driving adoption of new processes and systems across diverse stakeholder groups.
• 10+ years in transformation, automation, or technology-led change roles within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
