We are actively seeking a VP, Technology – Global Client Onboarding to lead our APAC Client Onboarding organization and provide global oversight for Archive Strategy and AI-driven process improvements. Qualified candidates can work remotely within Sydney, Australia.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, the VP, Technology – Global Client Onboarding will lead the APAC Client Onboarding team and ensure global alignment for Archive Strategy execution. This role provides leadership for onboarding processes, team development, client engagement, and escalation management within the APAC region, while maintaining global responsibility for Archive Strategy standards and governance.

The Vice President will also champion AI-based process improvements globally, working with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, implement AI-driven efficiencies, and foster adoption of AI technologies across onboarding and archive operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the APAC Client Onboarding team to achieve client satisfaction and operational targets.

  • Provide global oversight for Archive Strategy standards and ensure consistent execution across regions.
  • Drive global initiatives for AI-based process improvements and champion AI adoption throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve onboarding workflows and procedures.
  • Support Pre-Sales activities for regional sales teams.
  • Handle client escalations within the APAC region.
  • Communicate effectively across internal teams and global leadership.
  • Inspire and mentor team members to deliver high-quality onboarding services.

Experience

  • 10+ years in technology leadership roles with regional or global teams.
  • Strong experience with Oracle, SAP, and related enterprise technologies.
  • Proven track record in onboarding and archive strategy.
  • Experience managing complex technology environments.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Skills

Desired Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
