Meet the team:
As part of Dexcom’s Operations and Supply Chain leadership organization, the Supplier Development team plays a critical role in enabling the scalability, reliability, and performance of our global supply base. This team partners cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Regulatory, and Clinical to ensure our suppliers are technically capable, manufacturing-ready, and compliant as Dexcom continues to grow and innovate. Together, we are accountable for protecting patient safety, ensuring uninterrupted product availability, and supporting the successful launch and ramp of life-changing CGM technology worldwide.
Where you come in:
· Provide executive leadership for Dexcom’s global supplier development, supplier engineering, and supplier quality strategy across the entire supply base.
· Own end-to-end supplier technical and manufacturing readiness, from early design engagement and industrialization through qualification, on-market support, and end-of-life management.
· Establish a differentiated supplier development model that strengthens quality, yield, automation maturity, capacity scalability, and cost performance.
· Drive early supplier engagement to ensure design for manufacturability, process robustness, automation readiness, and right-first-time outcomes.
· Lead the development, validation, and deployment of supplier tooling, molds, and automation equipment to support new product introductions and global capacity expansion.
· Implement a structured on-market supplier support and continuous improvement framework to optimize yield, reliability, and patient safety.
· Partner closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, Quality, R&D, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to optimize total cost of ownership and mitigate technical and supply risk.
· Serve as executive owner of supplier risk management and resiliency, including dual sourcing, technology transfers, localization, and continuity planning.
What makes you successful:
· Proven executive leadership experience in global supplier development, manufacturing engineering, or supplier quality within regulated, high-volume environments.
· Deep expertise in supplier industrialization, automation, capacity scaling, and yield optimization across complex supply chains.
· Demonstrated success enabling predictable product launches, rapid manufacturing ramps, and sustained high-volume performance.
· Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional executive stakeholders and strategic supplier partners.
· Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing global organizations through periods of rapid growth and complexity.
· Disciplined, data-driven approach to risk management, problem solving, and continuous improvement.
· Executive judgment and accountability, with a clear understanding of how decisions impact patients, product quality, regulatory compliance, and Dexcom’s long-term success.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
